Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix dry ingredients well. Add milk, then egg yolk.
Mix well and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, with a whisk. Cook until thick and an indention is left when you stir a spoon through it.
Add vanilla and butter.
Pour into baked 9-inch pie crust and cover with meringue.
Brown meringue in preheated 425Β° oven. Cool to room temperature before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
