Mix the sugar, flour and cocoa in a small container until well blended.
Melt butter in an iron skillet on low heat.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter; mix lightly.
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
Add milk to eggs; beat together.
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients in the skillet gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla.
