Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cocoa, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. milk and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan and add milk.
Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Slowly stir small amount of the mixture into slightly beaten egg yolks.
Return this mixture to saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cook 2 or 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Take off of stove and add vanilla and butter.
Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue. (Beat the egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.)
Brown slightly.
