Chocolate Pecan Pie
Chocolate Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. pet milk, 2 tbsp. oleo, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt in microwave: Pet milk, oleo and chocolate chips.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar and salt.
Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Add vanilla flavoring. Prebake a pie crust for 3 minutes.
Place pecans in the bottom of shell.
Pour chocolate mixture over pecans and bake 20 minutes at 350Β° or until a crack is seen on top 1-inch from the edge.
Top will be a lighter brown.
