Chocolate Pecan Pie
Chocolate Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 c. karo light corn syrup, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. baker's german's sweet chocolate, melted and cooled, 1/3 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
