Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Combine in heavy saucepan corn syrup, cream, sugar, cocoa and butter.
Cook over medium heat until mixture forms a semi-hard ball in cold water (248Β°).
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until thick; pour into buttered pan.
