Chocolate Nut Muffins
Chocolate Nut Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, 1/3 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine over hot (not boiling) water the chocolate chips and butter.
Stir until smooth; set aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add nuts to coat well.
Make well in center of flour mixture.
In small bowl, combine chocolate mixture, sour cream, corn syrup and egg until blended.
Add to dry ingredients; stir until just moistened. Spoon into paper lined muffin pans, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
Cool completely, or serve warm.
Makes about 15 muffins.
