Chocolate Mousse Pie

Made with 2 c. flaked coconut, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1 c. semi-sweet real chocolate morsels, 1 c. libby's solid pack pumpkin and 1/4 lb. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Combine coconut and butter; press into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until evenly browned.
In medium saucepan, combine chocolate morsels, pumpkin, marshmallows and salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until morsels and marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.
Cool; beat with wire whisk.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust.
Chill.
