Chocolate Mint Cookies
Chocolate Mint Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. softened margarine, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. peppermint flavoring, chocolate candy melts or bark and semi-sweet chocolate chips or squares to taste (approximately 1 c.) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Margarine sugar.
Flavorings and egg; mix well.
Mix in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
Shape cookies with a cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at
400Β° for 6 to 9 minutes.
Cool cookies. Melt equal parts sweet chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate in microwave.
Coat cookies by dipping in chocolate.
Dry on waxed paper.
(Hint: If chocolate is too thick, thin with melted vegetable shortening.)
