Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge
Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 stick margarine and 2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a saucepan, blend together sugar and cocoa.
Add milk and margarine.
Bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes or 230° on candy thermometer.
Remove from fire.
Add vanilla, nuts and Marshmallow Crème.
Beat well until mixture becomes very thick. Add miniature marshmallows.
Stir just enough to mix in marshmallows.
Pour in well-greased glass dish (Pam works well). Let cool and cut into squares.
Believe it or not, this fudge freezes very well in tightly closed plastic containers.
