Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge
Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. fat free evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, 12 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups) and 14 large marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat an 8x8 inch pan with Pam.
Stir together sugar, evaporated milk, and margarine.
Bring to a boil in saucepan and reduce heat to medium-law and cook three minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in chocolate and marshmallows.
Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Pour into pan and refrigerate until firm (about two hours).
Cut into 36 squares and serve.
