Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 gallon of milk, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can chocolate syrup, 4 tbsp. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil 1 qt. of milk.
Set aside.
Mix flour, salt and 1/2 c. sugar with enough milk to make a paste.
Beat eggs and add to mixture and add to boiled milk.
Run through strainer.
Pour into a 4 qt. freezer.
Add sugar, syrup and remaining milk.
Add vanilla and freeze.
