Chocolate Fudge I

Melt chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add powdered sugar and milk, stirring until dissolved.
Bring to a hard boil and when candy gets to a rolling boil, time for 20 minutes or 240Β° on candy thermometer.
Take off heat and add butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat and add nuts.
As it begins to harden, pour into a buttered pan.
Work fast or it will harden.
Let cool. Cut into squares before totally hard.
Store in airtight container.
