Chocolate Fudge Deluxe
Chocolate Fudge Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 3 (3 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 3 1/2-quart saucepan, mix sugar with dry gelatin.
Add milk, corn syrup, chocolate and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, to 238° on thermometer.
Remove from heat; pour into a large mixing bowl.
Stir in vanilla.
Cool about 25 minutes or to 110°.
Beat with wooden spoon until candy thickens. Stir in walnuts.
Spread into prepared pan.
Let cool.
Cut in squares.
Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
