Combine flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.
Bring water, cocoa and oleo to boil in saucepan and pour over flour and sugar mixture.
Combine eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and add to mixture.
Pour batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350Β° until done.
