Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1 jar marshmallow crème and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix first 5 ingredients in heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil.
Mixture will be bubbling all over.
Boil and stir for 5 minutes more.
Take off heat.
Stir in 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate bits until completely melted.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cut into squares.
