Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 hershey milk chocolate bar (11 oz.), 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 1 bag large marshmallows, 2 sticks margarine and 4 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine in large 6-quart pan chopped butter, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes on medium heat or 235Β° on candy thermometer.
Add chocolate chips, chopped Hershey bar and marshmallows.
Stir until dissolved.
Add nuts.
Put in two large 9 x 13-inch pans or 1 larger pan.
Pans should be greased.
Makes 5 pounds.
