Combine in a heavy saucepan, mixing well, then over medium heat, bring to a rolling boil.
Now, reduce heat (do not stir) and cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234°F or 112°C); cool to lukewarm (110°F).
Now, beat until thick.
This won't take very long.
Spread fudge in an 8-inch pan and, when cool, cut into squares.
