Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 1 egg, 5 tbsp. cream and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir together sugar and cocoa in iron skillet.
Add egg, cream and salt.
Mix well and cook over medium heat to soft ball stage. Pour into bowl, add vanilla and butter.
