Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 3 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 1 stick butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 1 large can milk and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter and cocoa.
Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Add milk and whipping cream.
Turn heat to medium-low and cook until thickened.
