Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 (10 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until chocolate and butter melt.
Stir constantly until mixture boils.
Boil for 1 minute; stir constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Beat at high speed until spreading consistency. Immediately spread on cake.
Yield
Will frost top and sides of one 3 layer cake.
