Chocolate Custard
Chocolate Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 quart half & half milk, 3/4 cup sugar, milk chocolate squares (about 3.5 oz.), 1/4 cup chocolate syrup and 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large pot, heat milk with sugar to boiling.
Once it boils, turn down the heat to low and cook, stirring often with a wooden spatula, for about 12 minutes.
Add dairy milk chocolate, chocolate syrup and cocoa.
Using a wire whisk, mix well, making sure that no lumps of cocoa remain.
Cook another 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
