Chocolate Crunch Pie
Chocolate Crunch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding, 1 c. cold milk, 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) cool whip, 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground and 1 1/2 c. rocks (use any combination of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts and granola bar chunks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Prepare pudding mix as directed with 1 cup milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Stir 1 cup cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
