Chocolate Crunch Cookies
Chocolate Crunch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, 3/4 c. margarine, 3/4 c. chopped pecans, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cover bottom of well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers. Crush well some amount of crackers and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle nuts over crackers.
Combine sugar, margarine and 2/3 of chips.
Bring to a boil for 2 or 3 minutes and pour carefully over crackers.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until bubbly all over. Sprinkle remaining chips while hot. When they are soft, spread to frost.
Cut in small pieces while warm.
