Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix oil and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat until melted.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, until well mixed.
Add vanilla.
Measure flour by dip-level-pour method.
Stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Drop by teaspoonfuls of dough into bowl of confectioners sugar.
Roll around and shape into a ball.
Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen.
Does not freeze well.
