Chocolate Cream Pie
Chocolate Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, pinch of salt and 2 eggs, beaten well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugars, flour, salt and eggs in top of double boiler; mix well.
Slowly add while stirring the milk and butter or margarine.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour into baked pie shell.
When cold, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
