Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate Covered Cherries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. powdered sugar, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 stick margarine, 72 well drained maraschino cherries and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream softened margarine with sugar.
This will look coarse and crumbly.
Add Eagle Brand milk.
Mix until smooth.
Add vanilla. Stir until blended.
Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Then shape sugar mixture around each cherry.
Place on wax paper on cookie sheet.
Freeze until hard (overnight).
