Mix flour, sugar and salt together in large bowl.
In saucepan, bring to boil butter, shortening, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Add soda, milk and vanilla.
Combine egg mixture with flour mixture, mixing well.
Bake in greased 15 x 16 x 1-inch cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β°.
