Chocolate Coconut Crunches
Chocolate Coconut Crunches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix with pudding, 1 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. coconut and 1 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine and eggs; mix well.
Add coconut, walnuts, cornflakes, rolled oats and chocolate chips; mix well.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoon at 2-inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
