Chocolate Clouds
Chocolate Clouds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites (room temperature), 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 10 oz. pkg. chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff.
Sift cocoa onto egg white mixture folding gently until just combined.
Fold in chocolate bits.
Place parchment paper on cookie sheets and drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto paper.
Bake at 300Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or just until dry.
Cool on wire rack.
