Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Chocolate Chunk Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 oz. unsalted butter, 2 oz. brown sugar, 6 oz. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In mixing bowl, beat butter until soft.
Add brown sugar and blend.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and oatmeal.
Mix tightly in batter. Add walnuts, chocolate chunks, lemon juice and vanilla.
Do not overmix.
Scoop cookies into 3-ounce balls and place on greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
