Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour (unsifted), 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed and 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 10 dozen.
