Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Mix together in a large bowl the cake mix, pudding, oil and milk.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one.
Fold in chocolate chips, German chocolate and nuts.
Pour into Bundt or tube pan and bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool cake in pan ten minutes before turning out.
