Chocolate Chip Crater Cake
Chocolate Chip Crater Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. buttermilk baking mix, 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
In a large mixer bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla.
Beat on low speed until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth.
Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chips over batter in pan.
Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips.
Sprinkle Topping Mix evenly over batter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
Cool completely.
Cut into squares.
Makes 9 servings.
