In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet initially lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
