Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix thoroughly the shortening, margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before moving from baking sheet.
Makes about 7 dozen.
