Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a small bowl, combine flour, Wheatena and baking soda.
In a large bowl, beat butter, date sugar and honey until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Add flour mixture; stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes; makes 5 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
