Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. solid shortening (crisco), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir flour, salt and baking soda in one bowl.
With mixer, combine shortening, both sugars, eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Add flour mixture to shortening mixture, using a fork or spoon; do not use mixer.
Add chocolate morsels.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 2 to 3 dozen cookies.
