Pour milk into a pan (size doesn't matter).
Put a few cookies in milk and let soak for 5 seconds, then place the soaked cookies in pan (size of pan depends on how many you are serving).
Once bottom of pan is covered, spread a layer of whipped cream over cookies.
Continue this process for 3 to 4 layers.
