Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake
Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cookie crumbs, 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand condensed milk, 1 c. mini chocolate chips and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips evenly over top.
Bake 55 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
Turn oven off; allow cheesecake to cool in oven with door slightly open.
