Chocolate Chip Bars
Chocolate Chip Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. margarine, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar, 2 egg whites and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine and the next 2 ingredients at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Press cookie dough into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Yields 4 dozen (serving size is 1 bar).
