Chocolate Cheese Pie
Chocolate Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (4 oz.) baker's german's sweet chocolate, broken in half, 1/3 c. milk, divided, 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. sugar (optional) and 1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Microwave chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk in large microwavable bowl on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.
(The chocolate will retain some of its original shape.)
Remove from the oven.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Beat in cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool.
Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth.
Spoon onto crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
Let stand at room temperature or until pie can be easily cut.
Store leftover pie in freezer.
Makes 8 servings.
