Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge
Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with milk and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in nuts, caramel topping and vanilla.
Spread evenly in a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
