Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. packed brown sugar, 1 c. butter, softened, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 2/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream brown sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
Blend in vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add alternately with sour cream to mixture.
Mix on low until just combined.
Stir in water until blended.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
