Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2/3 c. vegetable oil, 8 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 2 large eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine in large saucepan the water, oil and cocoa.
Mix over heat until boiling.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add eggs and beat with spoon or hand mixer.
Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
