Chocolate Butterscotch Fudge
Chocolate Butterscotch Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, white sugar, evaporated milk and margarine.
Bring to a full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently.
Boil for 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallow cream and chips. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Blend in walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Yields 2 1/2 pounds.
