Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell, 4 oz. semisweet chocolate, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 425°.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
Transfer to mixing bowl.
Beat with sugar, until fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Stir in corn syrup, bourbon, molasses, and salt.
Fold in pecans. Pour batter into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 325°.
Bake 30 minutes, or until set.
