Chocolate Angel Meringues
Chocolate Angel Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 c. sifted granulated sugar, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and cream of tartar until foamy.
Add sugar gradually until stiff peaks hold.
Fold in nuts and vanilla. Drop in mounds on brown paper covered cookie sheets, hollowing out the middles and building up the sides.
(May be spread in greased 9-inch pie pan building up sides 1/2-inch above edge of pan.) Bake at 300Β° for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool and fill with Chocolate Cream.
