Choco-Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Choco-Chip Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. margarine, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bake at 375Β°.
Beat together margarine and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla and beat.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
Add oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Roll into balls using about a teaspoonful.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Do not press down balls.
This makes the cookie hard.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
