Choc-Oat Chip Bar Cookies
Choc-Oat Chip Bar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts. Mix well.
Press dough onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake about 35 to 40 minutes or until light brown.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
Makes about 3 dozen.
